The third meeting of the Technical Scientific Advisory Committee of the Arab Ministerial Council for Water
The Technical Scientific Advisory Committee of the Arab Ministerial Council for Water has held its third meeting at the Headquarters of the League of Arab States in Cairo on June, 2010, to prepare for the ministerial meeting that took place in July 1-2, 2010. The Arab Water Council participated in both meetings by virtue of an invitation from the Technical Secretariat of the Ministerial Council to discuss issues related to the draft agenda that was presented to the Ministers. This included the draft strategy for water security in the Arab region that the Arab Water Council had participated in re-formulating, and the Arabic translation of the World Bank report on the "Assessment of Restrictions on the Palestinian Water Sector Development" prepared by the Arab Water Council www.arableagueonline.org.
